A 450SF Single story addition to an existing single story home. The addition created a new Laundry room off the existing garage and created a new Master Ensuite bathroom and closet.

The additions were located on either wings of the existing home. The front door was also relocated which included a new front porch

The project included a refresh of the existing home with new wood floors throughout, new interior doors and new wall paint in a black and white scheme

The addition was created to provide a true master ensuite. Blending seamlessly with the rest of the home, the square footage created a bathroom with all the necessary amenities

With the laundry room elsewhere, the existing laundry space became a useful walk-in pantry adjacent to the kitchen

A oversized and poorly planned closet was rearranged to create an ensuite for the upstairs bedroom

Claimed a corner of the oversized upstairs closet to create a bathroom turning the upstairs bedroom into an ensuite.
