Provided Kitchen and Bathroom Renovations to an existing Ranch style home.

The project internalized the Laundry space and added an additional full bathroom to create 3 total bathrooms to the existing home

Created a counter space where family can gather where the dividing wall use to be. Vaulted ceiling in the Kitchen to enhance the openness of the new space

Created a study nook with desk height countertops where garage access use to be

Reorganized the existing home to internalize the once in the garage laundry services. We were also able to add a new full bathroom opposite the new laundry service

Newly added bathroom by reorganizing within the existing footprint of the home. Standing shower with walk in curbless shower pan for ease in and out.

A solar tube was added to allow natural light into the dark space
