A complete interior update to this 40 year old, two story condominium for modern living standards.  The project included a complete renovation of the existing bathrooms, relocation of laundry upstairs and removal of walls to create a open Great Room concept.

A pass through opening was created to connect an existing bedroom to the kitchen for an open floor plan.

Various interior non-structural walls were removed to open up the kitchen for a great room concept.  The removal of walls also provided the opportunity for the addition of a kitchen island.

Complete update of the second bathroom.  Existing tub was refinished as part of the update.

The Laundry room was moved upstairs for convenience.  A newly created alcove with custom built pocket doors for full concealment when not in use.
