Addition and complete renovation of an existing single story two bedroom, one and a half bathroom residence. LineWork Development provided Design/build services to upgrade the home to include four bedrooms and three full bathrooms with an attached garage.

A total addition of 828 livable square feet was added to an existing 1388 square feet home.  The new two story addition stacks the master suite on top of a newly built 2 - car attached garage.

The addition of the Master suite along with the reconfiguration of the kitchen and dining rooms allowed for the creation of a new family room in the rear.  Connection to the backyard by newly added stairs.

Split level design taking advantage of the downhill slope to the back to tucking in an inconspicuous two story addition behind the existing single story structure.

Due to deferred maintenance, the project benefited greatly from a complete upgrade of all existing wood siding.  An extra dormer vent was also added to enhance the "Curb Appeal" of the property.

A new front door and upgraded windows were also in the scope of work.

Newly constructed entry way centered on the existing fireplace provided a sense of formality to the space.

The dining room was created from an existing bedroom space to create better flow.

The kitchen was built into the existing dining room for spatial connection to the newly created family room

A family room was created to take advantage of the adjacency to the much desired backyard.

The newly added Master suite is intended as a retreat.  With views taking advantage of the lush backyard, the secluded space provides a respite from everyday life.

With french doors coming off the Master suite, the porch provides another level of seclusion from everyday life.

A Spa like shower completes the retreat feel.

A completely landscaped backyard completes the retreat feel of the renovation.
